Operations Coordinator

Advanco is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Coordinator to play a central role in supporting its project and site operations across Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position that sits at the heart of a fast-paced Oil & Gas and EPC contracting environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end flow of manpower mobilization — from deployment and transfers through to replacements and demobilization — while maintaining daily oversight of attendance, timesheets, and site staffing levels across multiple project locations. Acting as the communications hub between site teams, HR, recruitment, logistics, transport, and clients, you will ensure that operational priorities are met and that project requirements are clearly understood and efficiently executed. Your reporting responsibilities will include daily and weekly manpower and operational summaries for the General Manager. Exposure to ADNOC or Oil & Gas projects and prior UAE experience are strong differentiators for this role. A degree in a relevant discipline combined with 3–5 years of operational coordination experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage pressure calmly and effectively are essential.
