Associate Manager – Finance

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Associate Manager - Finance to support supporting sound financial governance, analysis, funding, controls and commercial decision-making within Majid Al Futtaim. The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is structured as a full-time opportunity. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, service, compliance and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review or analyze financial information, reconciliations, reports, budgets or funding requirements as applicable.
• Monitor financial controls, transactions, costs, commitments, inventory-related financial data or treasury activities.
• Coordinate with business teams, finance colleagues, banks, auditors and other stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Use Excel, ERP platforms and reporting tools to maintain accurate information and identify trends or exceptions.
• Support planning, forecasting, business cases, compliance reporting and management decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality, documentation quality and adherence to financial policies and applicable requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or an equivalent qualification appropriate to the position.
• Typical relevant experience: 5 - 8 Years; candidates should review the employer's requirements for the exact role.
• Finance or accounting fundamentals
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
