HVAC Technician

TAMEZON is expanding its technical team and is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to deliver high-quality air conditioning services to a growing portfolio of residential and commercial clients across Dubai. In this hands-on role, you will diagnose and resolve faults across a wide range of systems — from split units and ducted systems to complex central HVAC installations — while carrying out both reactive maintenance and proactive servicing under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). You will be expected to install, test, and commission new systems to company standards, maintain detailed service records, and communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout every job. The ideal candidate brings strong refrigeration and electrical fundamentals, has accumulated at least three years of real-world HVAC experience, and holds a valid UAE driving licence. Prior UAE market experience is a definite advantage.
