Operational Risk Associate

The Operational Risk Associate supports the bank’s Operational Risk Management Framework and helps identify, record and monitor operational risk events. The role is suitable for an analytical early-career professional who can review information carefully, follow established processes and work with colleagues to strengthen the bank’s control environment. This particular vacancy is restricted to UAE Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and day-to-day operation of the Operational Risk Management Framework.
• Support incident management activities by recording event information and helping maintain complete case documentation.
• Review submitted information for accuracy, consistency and appropriate classification before it is entered into risk records.
• Coordinate with business and control teams to obtain clarifications and supporting evidence when required.
• Help monitor open actions and follow up on outstanding information within agreed timelines.
• Prepare summaries and routine reports that support risk oversight and management review.
• Maintain confidentiality and escalate unusual patterns, incomplete records or potential control concerns to the relevant team.

Requirements and Qualifications

The vacancy is aimed at UAE National fresh graduates. Employment Details
