Description
Acquire and develop affluent, high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth customer relationships by identifying prospects, converting leads and delivering a premium banking proposition. This position is suited to a professional who can combine sound judgement, customer or stakeholder focus and disciplined execution in a regulated banking environment.
Role Context
This role contributes to a professional banking environment where accuracy, responsible decision-making, customer focus and effective collaboration are essential. The position offers the opportunity to work with experienced teams, support business priorities and contribute to sustainable service and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire new-to-bank affluent and high-net-worth customers through internal and external channels.
- Convert qualified leads into funded banking relationships and complete onboarding requirements accurately.
- Understand client financial needs and introduce appropriate banking, wealth and investment solutions.
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, activity plan, call reports and customer follow-up process.
- Coordinate with product specialists and internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding and service experience.
- Participate in targeted acquisition campaigns and relationship-building events.
- Maintain strong compliance, KYC and customer-service standards throughout the acquisition cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business management or a related discipline.
- At least five years of sales experience, preferably within banking, wealth management or financial services.
- Proven ability to acquire affluent or high-net-worth clients and build trusted relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking and target-management skills.
