Job Overview

GMG is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive - Arabic Speaker in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity supports the organization’s operations and business objectives within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver role-specific responsibilities with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, compliance, customer or stakeholder service, and measurable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vacancies from requisition through joining.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referrals.
• Screen applications and conduct initial assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
• Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
• Support offers, documentation and pre-joining follow-up.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring metrics.
• Support employer-branding initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Relevant recruitment or talent-acquisition experience.
• Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing capability.
• Good stakeholder and recruitment-system skills.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-focused environment, following established procedures and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Relevant UAE or GCC experience may be beneficial depending on the position.
