Key Responsibilities

• Support safe and efficient crude-oil export operations.
• Monitor marine activities around offshore fields and Halul Harbour.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, MARPOL, ISM and ISGOTT.
• Coordinate vessel movements, pilotage and terminal requirements.
• Provide specialist marine advice on navigation and tanker operations.
• Support marine inspections, incident reviews and safety improvements.

Candidate Profile

• Required experience: 10+ Years / Class I competency.
• Educational qualification: Unlimited Foreign Going Class I Ship Master's Certificate of Competency with HND/equivalent.
• Relevant capabilities: Support safe and efficient crude-oil export operations, Monitor marine activities around offshore fields and Halul Harbour, Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, MARPOL, ISM and ISGOTT, Coordinate vessel movements, pilotage and terminal requirements.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical ability and professional judgment are important.
• Ability to follow HSE requirements, company procedures and applicable industry standards.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
