Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering-management services for assigned projects.
• Plan and deploy multidisciplinary engineering resources across the project lifecycle.
• Manage FEED and EPIC engineering interfaces and technical deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with international, Shell DEP and QatarEnergy standards.
• Provide technical leadership on design, assurance, interfaces and engineering decisions.
• Promote HSE leadership, quality, schedule control and effective communication.

Candidate Profile

• Required experience: 15+ Years; 10+ in design management.
• Educational qualification: B.Sc. Engineering; professional membership advantageous.
• Relevant capabilities: Lead engineering-management services for assigned projects, Plan and deploy multidisciplinary engineering resources across the project lifecycle, Manage FEED and EPIC engineering interfaces and technical deliverables, Ensure compliance with international, Shell DEP and QatarEnergy standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical ability and professional judgment are important.
• Ability to follow HSE requirements, company procedures and applicable industry standards.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
