Senior Technician

The Technician supports technical operations by inspecting assigned equipment, completing routine service or maintenance tasks and helping resolve faults. The exact work depends on the assigned trade or department. Reliable workmanship, correct tool use and clear reporting help keep equipment and facilities operating safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review assigned work orders, instructions or drawings before starting tasks.
• Prepare required tools and materials and complete authorized technical work.
• Inspect completed work and report defects, unusual conditions or additional requirements.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used where required.
• Follow site procedures, use appropriate protective equipment and coordinate with the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should have technical knowledge relevant to the role and be able to follow instructions safely. Related vocational training or hands-on experience is useful. Do not undertake tasks beyond training, authorization or assigned scope.
