Waiter, Cloud 22 – Atlantis The Royal

The Waiter at Cloud 22 delivers polished table service and helps maintain the high standard expected in a luxury dining and leisure venue. The role requires a strong understanding of the full food and beverage menu, close coordination with colleagues and a consistent eye for service quality. The successful candidate will be attentive, confident with varied guests and comfortable balancing multiple priorities during busy service. Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on table service and courteous support from guest arrival through the completion of the dining experience.
• Learn menu details and promotional activities so guests receive accurate information and useful recommendations.
• Monitor food and beverage presentation and consistency, reporting significant quality issues or complaints to management.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and service colleagues to deliver orders accurately and manage special requests.
• Keep assigned stations organized, follow hygiene and safety procedures and support colleagues when the service pace increases.
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere by anticipating guest needs and responding professionally to feedback.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of two years in a similar role with fine-dining restaurant experience is expected.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and excellent guest service is essential.
• Strong verbal communication, teamwork and the ability to multitask are required.
• Candidates should be knowledgeable about menus and comfortable advising an international clientele.
• Reliability, good presentation and attention to detail are important.
