Job Overview

GMG is hiring a Utilities Supervisor - Everyday Goods Manufacturing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise factory utility systems and equipment.
• Monitor water, compressed air, refrigeration, steam or related systems as applicable.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Track utility consumption and equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot faults and restore service quickly.
• Maintain safety and environmental procedures.
• Keep utility and maintenance records updated.
• Identify reliability and efficiency improvements.

Job Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical or related engineering.
• Utilities or maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of industrial utility systems and safety.
• Troubleshooting and team-supervision skills.
• Shift flexibility.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be dependable, organized and professional, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Candidates should be comfortable working in a performance-focused environment, following established procedures and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Relevant UAE or GCC experience may be beneficial depending on the position.
