Store Supervisor – Tom Ford, The Grove

The Store Supervisor helps deliver the daily customer experience and operational standards at the Tom Ford brand location. Working closely with the Store Manager, the supervisor supports team coordination, sales execution, store presentation and stock availability. The role is hands-on and requires a visible presence on the floor, setting an example for service and helping resolve routine operational issues.

Job Overview

This position contributes to the customer, commercial or operational goals of Chalhoub Group. The successful candidate will carry out the responsibilities below while working with relevant colleagues and following established policies, standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support luxury client service and sales execution while setting an example for the team on the shop floor.
• Help organise floor coverage, daily priorities and the timely completion of store routines.
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, grooming and stock replenishment standards.
• Build customer relationships, handle feedback professionally and escalate complex matters appropriately.
• Support stock movement, inventory checks, compliance with procedures and the coaching of team members.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Retail experience, ideally in premium or luxury fashion, beauty or lifestyle retail.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to motivate colleagues, manage priorities and keep operational standards consistent.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with basic retail processes and stock controls.

Skills and Competencies

The role requires a practical leadership style, good commercial awareness, calm issue resolution and a commitment to brand values. Premium or luxury retail experience can be especially useful for customer-facing brands.
