Store Associate – Maison Margiela, Abu Dhabi, The Grove

The Store Associate role supports daily operations and customer service at the Maison Margiela store in The Grove, Abu Dhabi. The associate helps customers discover products while ensuring that the store remains organised, welcoming and aligned with the brand's presentation standards. This position combines customer-facing activity with practical support for merchandise, stock and the wider retail team.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide helpful information about products, sizes, availability and store services.
• Support sales conversations and refer detailed styling or product questions to the appropriate colleague when needed.
• Assist with replenishment, stock movement, delivery checks and keeping merchandise organised.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, fitting areas and visual merchandising standards.
• Work collaboratively during launches and busy trading periods and follow store policies and safety procedures.
