SSHE Officer

A safety, security, health and environmental role at Nestlé Waters KSA’s Almanhal Water Factory in Jeddah. The position supports a safe workplace by implementing EHS requirements, identifying and controlling hazards, assessing work practices, providing safety training and supporting emergency preparedness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Nestlé EHS policies, procedures and site requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Perform ergonomic assessments and recommend practical improvements.
• Work with employees and teams to reduce accident frequency and severity.
• Provide safety awareness and training as required.
• Support emergency response planning and preparedness.
• Help maintain compliance with ISO 45001:2018 and relevant site requirements.
• Document findings, corrective actions and safety performance information.
• Follow Nestlé EHS rules and procedures consistently.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, risk management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of health and safety experience.
• SAFETY Kawader certificate is listed for the role.
• OSHA, NEBOSH or HSE/OSH certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication, inspection, reporting and risk-assessment skills.
