Description
The Sr. FnB Manager – Outlets leads operating performance across assigned food and beverage outlets. The role supports consistent service quality, strong team leadership and effective control of staffing, inventory and operating costs. It requires a broad view of outlet performance together with a practical presence in daily operations to resolve issues and keep service aligned with customer and business expectations. The successful applicant should be organised, dependable and committed to following operating procedures while helping the team deliver reliable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee outlet operations and ensure service delivery meets agreed quality and customer-experience standards.
- Set priorities for outlet managers and supervisors and review execution during daily operating periods.
- Monitor staffing, sales or service indicators, stock levels, wastage and controllable costs.
- Coach leaders and teams to improve capability, accountability and consistency across outlet operations.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, equipment readiness and compliance with applicable operating procedures.
- Review guest feedback and performance data, then plan corrective action and service improvements.
- Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, finance and other teams on resources, supply needs and business priorities.
Requirements
- Strong experience in food and beverage operations with responsibility for outlets or service teams.
- Leadership ability across managers, supervisors and frontline staff.
- Commercial awareness, budget discipline and confidence reviewing operating performance.
- Clear communication, decision-making and cross-functional coordination skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Hospitality or food and beverage management training is relevant to the position.
