Specialist – Private Banking Service – UAE National

The Specialist – Private Banking Service supports Relationship Managers and high-net-worth clients with day-to-day banking services and account administration. The role handles requests involving transfers, cheque clearing, cash transactions, fixed deposits, statements and related documentation. It requires close coordination with Operations, Credit and Compliance teams, careful application of controls and strong attention to confidentiality and document accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and execute basic banking requests such as transfers, cheque clearing, cash transactions and fixed deposits.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance and other functions to complete client instructions.
• Apply required checks and controls under Relationship Manager supervision.
• Communicate directly with clients on routine operational matters and service requests.
• Prepare basic account-opening, compliance and service documentation and maintain client records.
• Ensure information in submitted documentation is complete and accurate.
• Protect client confidentiality and follow applicable banking procedures.
• Support senior team members with service, documentation and operational tasks when required.
• Maintain timely records and escalate exceptions or issues appropriately.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• One to two years of banking experience, preferably in customer care or service.
• Good knowledge of basic banking products and operational processes.
• Understanding of compliance, due diligence, AML requirements and standard banking procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and professional customer-service attitude.
