Description
The Senior Technical Engineer for Adoption and Digital Enablement helps employees make effective use of workplace technology and digital tools. The role combines change enablement, user education, communications and adoption measurement, with a focus on practical use of Microsoft 365 and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user-focused training materials, guides, presentations and knowledge articles.
- Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, forums and other adoption sessions.
- Support adoption of SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot and related workplace tools.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify user needs and plan targeted enablement activities.
- Track adoption metrics, feedback and recurring issues to improve digital experiences.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, digital workplace, communications, learning or a related area.
- Five or more years in end-user technology adoption, digital workplace or change enablement.
- Practical familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and user-facing digital services.
- Experience creating learning content and facilitating groups or workshops.
Skills
- Clear facilitation, presentation and written communication.
- Ability to translate technical features into user benefits.
- Stakeholder management and change adoption planning.
- Comfort using data and feedback to measure impact.
