Senior PX Analyst

Job Overview

Partner with business leaders on people-experience and HR initiatives, supporting employee lifecycle management, workforce planning, analytics, talent processes and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR and people initiatives for business leaders and provide guidance on employee matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Support workforce planning, organization design and succession planning.
• Prepare HR analytics covering headcount, turnover, absence and other workforce indicators.
• Assist talent, performance and employee-engagement programs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Centres of Excellence on people solutions and Emirati talent initiatives.
• Support change-management and transformation projects and maintain HR governance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, Central Bank requirements and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Banking & Finance, Law or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Operations, HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist experience.
• Banking, financial-services or regulated-environment experience preferred.
• Strong employee-relations, stakeholder-management, analytical and confidentiality skills.
