Senior operator-CCL

The CCL operator or senior operator supports continuous coil-coating production by monitoring assigned equipment and process conditions. The role depends on consistent attention to running quality, safe operation and fast communication when product or machine conditions change. Senior operators may also help guide colleagues and coordinate routine production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned process stages and confirm operating conditions remain within approved instructions.
• Check material movement, coating appearance or related production indicators as required by the line.
• Identify abnormal conditions, defects or equipment issues and inform the responsible supervisor.
• Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams to support investigation and corrective action.
• Maintain production records, follow safe operating sequences and assist with shift handovers.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should be comfortable in a manufacturing environment and able to follow operating procedures consistently. Experience with continuous production or coated materials is relevant. Senior responsibilities may require confidence guiding operators and communicating process issues.

Work Approach
