The Senior Manager – Strategy & Value Creation focuses on opportunities across leisure, hospitality and entertainment businesses. The role combines market analysis, commercial modelling, strategic planning and benefits tracking to help leaders prioritise growth, improve operating performance and deliver sustainable value across visitor-facing assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market, customer, competitor and business analysis to evaluate strategic opportunities and emerging risks.
- Develop business cases, financial models, scenario analyses and recommendations to inform leadership decisions.
- Translate strategic priorities into initiatives, milestones, accountable owners and measurable performance indicators.
- Monitor initiative delivery and business performance, identifying gaps and supporting corrective action with relevant teams.
- Prepare concise executive presentations, decision papers and reports that explain findings, options and expected value.
- Build effective relationships across business units and challenge assumptions constructively using evidence and commercial judgement.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, corporate development, commercial analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving and financial modelling capability.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and translate complex information into clear business recommendations.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and collaborating across multiple functions or business units.
- For director or senior manager appointments, a track record of leading teams or major strategy and value-creation initiatives is expected.
- Experience in leisure, hospitality, entertainment or visitor-focused businesses is especially relevant.
