Senior Manager, Central Operations

The Senior Manager, Central Operations strengthens consistency, control and performance across operational locations such as stores and warehouses. The role may combine audit coverage, operational standards, performance analysis, risk identification and improvement planning. It requires the ability to build repeatable operating practices, lead distributed teams and translate findings into corrective action that measurably improves reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational review and audit activity across relevant stores, fulfilment locations and warehouse operations.
• Define standards, audit schedules, reporting routines and escalation processes that create consistent execution.
• Analyse findings and performance trends to identify control gaps, recurring errors, compliance risks and opportunities to improve.
• Coordinate corrective action with site leaders and central functions, tracking ownership, due dates and closure evidence.
• Report key risks and progress to senior stakeholders and use results to refine operating procedures and training.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bring substantial experience in multi-site operations, central operations, audit, process excellence or related management work.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and project-management capability with experience leading cross-functional improvements.
• Be able to influence site teams, challenge inconsistent practices and follow actions through to completion.
• Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and handle operational information with appropriate discretion.
