Sales Verification Executive – Business Banking (UAE Nationals Only)

Emirates Islamic is seeking a Sales Verification Executive within Business Banking to support customer onboarding and verification activities. The role requires careful comparison of original and digital documentation, verification of authorized signatories and confirmation that the customer's stated business activity and office location align with submitted information. The position also supports requests for additional information, timely submission to processing teams and digital initiatives across Business Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Compare original documentation with digital documents and verify completeness against regulatory and internal requirements.
• Check application integrity, authorized signatures, original documents, office location and business activity.
• Perform Customer Profile Verification using the bank's standard verification checklist.
• Support customers during onboarding and obtain additional documents required to complete applications.
• Resolve Requests for Information and submit complete details to the processing team within required timelines.
• Support digital Business Banking initiatives during testing and live production.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach while protecting documentation quality and process integrity.

Requirements

• High School graduate.
• UAE National with Family Book, as specified in the listing.
