Relationship Manager, Emerging Corporates Acquisition

Acquire and manage emerging corporate and mid-corporate relationships, grow funded and non-funded portfolios and deliver multi-product banking solutions while maintaining sound credit discipline. This position is suited to a professional who can combine sound judgement, customer or stakeholder focus and disciplined execution in a regulated banking environment.

Role Context

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire eligible emerging and mid-corporate clients in line with business growth plans.
• Manage an assigned portfolio to retain clients, increase wallet share and deliver profitable growth.
• Originate opportunities across assets, liabilities, trade, treasury and other corporate banking solutions.
• Analyse client information and negotiate appropriate credit facilities within approved risk parameters.
• Prepare or coordinate high-quality credit proposals supported by sound financial and business analysis.
• Conduct client visits, account planning and market development activities to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain strong governance, compliance and service standards across the relationship lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business management or a related field.
• Relevant business banking or corporate banking experience with UAE market exposure.
• Strong understanding of credit, financial analysis and corporate banking products.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation and business-development skills.
