Relationship Manager and Senior Relationship Manager | Business Banking(For Future Openings)

The role focuses on acquiring and developing business clients, growing lending and deposit relationships and supporting revenue targets. Relationship Managers work with business customers and internal teams to understand client needs, identify suitable banking solutions and maintain strong service standards while observing credit, regulatory and anti-money-laundering requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new business clients and develop relationships initiated through Relationship Officers and other channels.
• Grow existing customer accounts and convert suitable opportunities into profitable, sustainable banking relationships.
• Work towards annual revenue, profit, lending, deposit, acquisition and cross-selling targets.
• Guide Relationship Officers on customer opportunities and coordinate follow-up across the business portfolio.
• Understand customer requirements and provide timely guidance on Trade and Treasury products where appropriate.
• Maintain high service standards and resolve relationship issues in coordination with relevant internal teams.
• Ensure customer activity and account handling follow UAE Central Bank rules and anti-money-laundering requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• This registration is intended for candidates suited to Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Manager responsibilities in Business Banking.
