Regional Manager – Facilities Management

Transguard Group is recruiting a Regional Manager – Facilities Management for its Total Facilities Management team in Dubai. The role is responsible for the commercial, operational, and service-delivery performance of assigned Hard and Soft Facilities Management contracts across the UAE. The successful candidate will balance client expectations, contractual obligations, financial targets, resource planning, service quality, and continuous improvement while supporting long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual performance across assigned TFM contracts and budgets.
• Monitor P&L performance, profitability, revenue planning, forecasting, and corrective actions.
• Maintain strong client relationships through site visits, performance reviews, regular meetings, and service discussions.
• Ensure Hard and Soft FM services meet contractual SLA and KPI requirements.
• Plan manpower, equipment, logistics, recruitment, mobilization, and operational resources for changing requirements.
• Support tenders and contract renewals with technical and operational input.
• Introduce efficiency initiatives, smart FM technologies, energy optimization, automation, and sustainable practices.
• Coordinate with commercial, procurement, HR, finance, legal, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing structured FM contracts and service delivery is expected.
• Knowledge of Hard and Soft FM operations, commercial management, client relations, and performance management.
• Ability to lead teams and support innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
