Quality Assurance Manager

Almarai is seeking a capable Quality Assurance Manager professional for its operations in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is suited to a candidate who can combine technical or functional expertise with disciplined execution, teamwork and a strong focus on quality and business performance. The position supports day-to-day operations while contributing to service reliability, compliance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with relevant departments and stakeholders to maintain high standards, solve operational challenges and deliver agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site quality and food safety management systems for the seafood manufacturing operation.
• Develop and maintain HACCP programs and ensure alignment with ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 requirements.
• Oversee laboratory testing, audits, non-conformance management, complaints, recalls and corrective actions.
• Manage supplier quality, hygiene, pest control and environmental monitoring programs.
• Coach the quality team and work with production, engineering, supply chain and commercial functions to improve performance.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree and substantial quality leadership experience in food or seafood manufacturing.
• strong QMS/FSMS, HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 knowledge.
