Team Manager ( Seafood )

Almarai is seeking a capable Team Manager ( Seafood ) professional for its operations in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is suited to a candidate who can combine technical or functional expertise with disciplined execution, teamwork and a strong focus on quality and business performance. The position supports day-to-day operations while contributing to service reliability, compliance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with relevant departments and stakeholders to maintain high standards, solve operational challenges and deliver agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multifunctional team involved in seafood manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Plan plant run times and coordinate manpower to meet production requirements.
• Maintain regulatory, quality, hygiene and documentation standards across the department.
• Support HACCP activities, risk assessments, corrective actions and equipment commissioning.
• Develop staff capability, address production issues and drive safe, efficient operating performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy/Food Technology or related field.
• 2–5 years quality or supervisory experience.
• knowledge of ISO 9000/22000.
• Arabic and English.
• HACCP participation, corrective actions and risk assessment capability..
