Project Manager

Almarai is seeking a capable Project Manager professional for its operations in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is suited to a candidate who can combine technical or functional expertise with disciplined execution, teamwork and a strong focus on quality and business performance. The position supports day-to-day operations while contributing to service reliability, compliance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with relevant departments and stakeholders to maintain high standards, solve operational challenges and deliver agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage bakery capital projects from technical specification and tender through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate international equipment suppliers, local contractors and internal engineering stakeholders.
• Control scope, schedules, capital expenditure and project forecasts throughout delivery.
• Lead factory and site acceptance activities and ensure equipment is installed and commissioned correctly.
• Maintain engineering, quality, hygienic-design and food-safety requirements through project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with bakery equipment expertise.
• minimum 8 years project management in bakery manufacturing.
