Industrial Engineering & Operations Excellence Supervisor

The Industrial Engineering and Operations Excellence Supervisor helps an operating team achieve customer-service, quality and business-performance objectives. The role supports the development and review of service goals, checks how operational plans are progressing and helps align local activity with wider company objectives. It also supports training implementation and provides practical operational assistance to improve consistency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and help maintain service quality and customer-service standards.
• Assist in developing, assessing and aligning service goals with the organisation’s operational objectives.
• Support the planning and delivery of training activities so that employees understand procedures and performance expectations.
• Provide operational support to managers and teams, helping address service or execution issues as they arise.
• Assist with operational forecasting by reviewing research, trends and projected growth rates to inform staffing recommendations.
• Prepare reports, maintain reference documents and organise information used to monitor operational performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing observations, following up on action items and supporting consistent working practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or international equivalent is required; a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and possible weekends.
• Ability to travel when business requirements call for it.
• Previous employee-supervision experience is preferred.
