Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration, appointments and front-office processes accurately.
- Provide professional assistance to patients, families and clinical teams.
- Handle telephone calls, inquiries, messages and service requests.
- Support insurance, billing, cash-up or administrative processes as applicable.
- Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.
- Coordinate with clinical departments to support efficient patient flow.
- Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Use hospital information systems, CRM and office applications effectively.
Job Requirements
- Secondary education; diploma or bachelor’s degree is advantageous for some roles.
- 2–3 years customer-service, healthcare administration or relevant experience where specified.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, numerical ability and familiarity with hospital systems.
- Patient-focused, organized and professional approach.
