Operator

A production operator position at Nestlé Waters KSA’s Almanhal Water Factory in Madinah. The role is responsible for machine tending and production-line operation, monitoring equipment and parameters, supporting quality checks and maintaining safe, reliable production. It combines hands-on manufacturing work with documentation, basic analysis and equipment care.

Key Responsibilities

• Check raw and packaging material quantities against production orders.
• Operate production equipment and follow standard operating procedures.
• Monitor line equipment and parameters and report abnormalities.
• Participate in shift operational reviews and communicate issues and achievements.
• Verify production dates and batch information printed on bottles.
• Carry out water-treatment sampling and basic analysis using designated equipment.
• Maintain production logs and support preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Assist safety inspections and chemical cleaning of manufacturing equipment.
• Use warehouse mobility devices for ERP material transactions and support zero-waste objectives.

Requirements

• Associate degree in general sciences, biology, chemistry, electromechanics, industrial or manufacturing studies.
• 1–4 years of manufacturing experience, preferably food and beverage or plastics.
• Working knowledge of production and safety procedures.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Commitment to Nestlé safety rules and operational standards.
