Massage Therapist

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional, client-focused massage treatments based on individual needs, comfort, and agreed treatment objectives. Use appropriate techniques and pressure while maintaining a calm, hygienic, and welcoming treatment environment. Explain procedures and aftercare clearly, listen to client feedback, and respond professionally to concerns. Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records and follow appointment procedures. Observe health, safety, infection-control, and equipment-handling requirements at all times. Work collaboratively with colleagues and escalate any medical concern or unexpected client condition in accordance with training and workplace protocols.

Requirements

• A recognized massage therapy qualification or diploma and relevant practical experience are expected. Licensing eligibility is important for regulated clinical practice.
• Massage therapy, anatomy, client care, treatment planning, hygiene, appointment management, communication are important for success in this role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional approach.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
