Job Overview

DP World is hiring a Manager - Projects in Dubai to lead project planning and delivery across assigned operations. The role is responsible for coordinating resources, managing schedules and costs, controlling risks and ensuring projects meet safety, quality and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring and close-out.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, cost and project performance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, contractors and operational stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, issues, variations and project dependencies.
• Prepare management reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and governance requirements.
• Drive timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Engineering, project management or related bachelor's degree.
• Proven project-management experience in a complex operational environment.
• Strong planning, commercial and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and project teams.
