Description
This position helps shape, build or govern AI-enabled products and platforms for use across a diversified organisation. The work combines product thinking, business discovery, data awareness, technology delivery and responsible governance. The postholder partners with business users, engineering, data, security and legal teams to identify meaningful use cases, define requirements, evaluate performance and bring reliable solutions into day-to-day workflows.
Dubai Holding Group Services seeks a dependable professional who can work collaboratively, exercise good judgement and help improve results over time. Solutions should be useful, secure and measurable, with appropriate human oversight and a clear understanding of data limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify user and business needs, translate them into product requirements and prioritise work against an agreed roadmap.
- Coordinate product discovery, experimentation, delivery, testing, launch and ongoing improvement with technical teams.
- Define measures of adoption, quality, reliability, efficiency and business impact, using evidence to guide decisions.
- Work with data, architecture, security, legal and governance partners to address dependencies, risks and responsible-use controls.
- Maintain product documentation, delivery plans, issue logs and stakeholder communications throughout the product lifecycle.
- For portfolio or data-foundation positions, maintain clear governance, trusted data assets and alignment between initiatives, funding and strategic priorities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in AI, software engineering, digital products, data platforms, automation or technology delivery relevant to the position.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into usable product or technical requirements.
- Understanding of data quality, privacy, security, evaluation and the limitations of AI-enabled systems.
- Comfort working with iterative delivery methods, cross-functional teams and changing priorities.
- Stronger technical depth, product ownership or leadership experience is needed for senior engineering and product-management roles.
