Description
The Director – Source to Pay Excellence leads improvement of the end-to-end purchasing process, from sourcing and requisition through purchase orders, supplier invoicing and payment. The role drives standardisation, controls, technology enablement and measurable efficiency across the group, working with procurement, finance, business teams and technology partners to improve service quality and compliance.
Dubai Holding Group Services seeks a dependable professional who can work collaboratively, exercise good judgement and help improve results over time. Solutions should be useful, secure and measurable, with appropriate human oversight and a clear understanding of data limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the source-to-pay improvement roadmap, governance model and performance measures.
- Review procurement and payment workflows to identify duplication, control gaps, delays and automation opportunities.
- Lead process standardisation and change initiatives across business units and shared services.
- Partner with procurement, finance, technology and suppliers to improve system use and data quality.
- Monitor process performance, compliance, stakeholder experience and benefits achieved.
- Prepare executive updates and lead teams or working groups delivering process transformation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Senior experience in procurement operations, source-to-pay, shared services, process excellence or transformation.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, purchasing, accounts payable and supplier lifecycle workflows.
- Track record of leading cross-functional change and measurable process improvement.
- Ability to manage governance, systems, vendors and executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, commercial, communication and team-leadership skills.
