The Senior Manager – Record to Report leads accounting and reporting activities for hospitality operations through disciplined closing, reconciliation and financial controls. The position works with finance teams and operating units to deliver reliable accounts, timely reporting and consistent processes, while addressing the particular reporting needs of hotel and hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead period-end close activities and coordinate reconciliations, journals and supporting schedules.
- Review financial statements and reporting packages for completeness, accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Monitor close timelines, identify bottlenecks and improve the quality and consistency of accounting processes.
- Coordinate with hospitality operations, shared services, auditors and finance stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain strong controls, documentation and audit readiness across record-to-report activities.
- Coach team members and provide clear performance updates to finance leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong experience in record-to-report, financial accounting or controllership, with hospitality-industry exposure required by the role.
- Recognised accounting qualification or equivalent professional background is relevant.
- Knowledge of hospitality finance systems and reporting workflows is valuable.
- Strong reconciliation, review, control and team-management capability.
- Accuracy, integrity and the ability to manage tight financial-close deadlines.
