Key Responsibilities
- Translate operational or commercial challenges into analysis requests, dashboards, models and clear recommendations.
- Coordinate analytics delivery from scoping and data preparation through validation, presentation and adoption.
- Maintain quality standards, documentation and appropriate controls for the use and interpretation of data.
- Track the value of analytics work and identify opportunities to improve reporting, decision support and analytical maturity.
- Work with senior stakeholders to define business questions, success measures and a prioritised analytics roadmap.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in business analytics, data analysis, business intelligence or an adjacent insight function.
- Strong ability to frame business questions, interpret evidence and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of data quality, analytical methods, dashboards and relevant reporting tools.
