Job Overview: First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a candidate for the Manager, Customer Insights & Performance ( Dubai - Emiratised Role) position in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities
- Collect and review customer feedback, service measures and operational performance information.
- Analyse trends and identify recurring drivers of customer satisfaction, dissatisfaction or service demand.
- Prepare clear reports, dashboards and presentations for relevant stakeholders.
- Work with business teams to understand performance gaps and identify practical improvement actions.
- Monitor agreed measures and track progress against initiatives or service objectives.
