Job Overview: First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a candidate for the Senior Lead, Contact Center Tech (Voice, Video & Chat) - Emiratised Role position in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on voice, video and chat platforms supporting contact-centre services; Emiratized opportunity and contributes to banking services through accurate work, sound judgement and effective coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Understand business needs and translate them into clear technology, process or service requirements.
- Coordinate with architecture, engineering, security, operations and business teams on delivery activities.
- Support the assessment of solutions, interfaces, workflows and dependencies across connected systems.
- Help maintain delivery plans, technical documentation, issue logs and progress updates.
- Consider data quality, access controls, resilience and customer experience when reviewing solutions.
