Logistics Supervisor (Supply Chain)

Almarai is hiring for the position of Logistics Supervisor (Supply Chain) in Al Hafuf, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain required depot stock levels while minimizing losses and disruption.
• Ensure correct product handling for vehicle loads, warehouses and storage locations.
• Apply cold-chain requirements during loading, transport preparation and cold-store operations.
• Maintain depot hygiene, housekeeping and compliance with operating procedures.
• Monitor product date codes and ensure stock is handled according to policy.
• Supervise staff activities, productivity and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with transport and distribution teams to support timely product movement.
• Report operational issues and implement corrective actions within the assigned depot.

Requirements

• Relevant logistics/warehouse experience; ability to maintain depot stock, apply cold-chain procedures, control losses, enforce hygiene and supervise staff.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
