Lab Techncinan

A laboratory quality-control position at Nestlé in Madinah responsible for chemical, microbiological and physical analysis from incoming raw materials through finished goods. The role supports QMS implementation, product release information, reporting and prompt handling of quality deviations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, microbiological and physical analysis according to QMS specifications.
• Test incoming materials including raw water, plastic resin, colorants and other sensitive materials.
• Implement the laboratory quality management plan and maintain required records.
• Provide accurate data to the quality team for product release decisions.
• Train operators and technicians on simple analyses and tests when required.
• Prepare reports and receiving checks according to approved specifications.
• Report abnormalities and quality deviations and support immediate corrective action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a relevant major.
• Proficiency with relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
• Strong accuracy and documentation discipline.
• Ability to interpret specifications and follow laboratory procedures.
• Good communication and ability to work with production and quality teams.
