QA Analyst 1 (UAE Nationals)

The QA Analyst I evaluates software quality across user interfaces, APIs, integrations and AI-enabled experiences. Testing includes checking predictable workflows as well as examining how AI systems respond to different prompts, languages, customer contexts and edge cases. The role helps identify failures, improve test coverage and verify that digital experiences meet required quality, reliability, safety and usability standards. This opportunity is designated for UAE Nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases for application flows, APIs, integrations and relevant AI-assisted features.
• Assess system responses across different scenarios, including English and Arabic interactions where applicable.
• Record defects with clear steps, evidence, expected behaviour and actual results so engineers can reproduce issues.
• Retest fixes, maintain regression coverage and help identify patterns behind recurring failures.
• Work with product, engineering and support teams to prioritise quality issues and improve release readiness.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Meet the UAE National eligibility requirement for the role.
• Have an analytical approach and an interest in software quality, application behaviour and user experience.
• Be comfortable following structured test plans, documenting observations and checking details consistently.
• Strong English communication is important; Arabic capability is useful for testing multilingual experiences.

Skills and Competencies

• Test design, defect reporting, API or UI testing fundamentals, critical thinking and clear written communication.
• Curiosity, precision, persistence, teamwork and awareness of responsible AI behaviour.
