Park Hyatt is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader for its housekeeping / rooms division / hospitality operation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities across assigned rooms, floors, corridors and service areas.
- Allocate room assignments and special tasks according to occupancy, guest movements and operational priorities.
- Inspect completed rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, hygiene and maintenance standards are met.
- Guide Room Attendants and housekeeping colleagues to achieve consistent productivity and quality.
- Coordinate guest requests, special cleaning requirements and priority room needs with relevant departments.
- Monitor supplies, linen, equipment and housekeeping resources and report shortages or defects promptly.
Requirements
- Relevant housekeeping supervisory experience preferred
- Relevant hospitality / culinary qualification preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
