Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they are seated and build a professional rapport to support a positive dining experience.
• Provide hands-on help to waiters and attendants, reinforcing service standards and appropriate guest courtesy.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and promotions, advising guests and helping colleagues answer menu questions.
• Monitor food and beverage consistency and alert management to major service, quality or complaint issues.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and floor teams to keep orders flowing and guest requirements addressed.
• Help maintain clean, ready service stations and support a safe, organized environment throughout each shift.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years in a similar position with experience in a high-volume restaurant is expected.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and guest-service skills are required.
• Candidates should be able to manage multiple tasks and interact confidently with a diverse clientele.
• Strong menu knowledge, attention to detail and consistency in service are important.
• A calm approach to guest concerns and the ability to escalate issues appropriately are expected.
