Global Senior Manager – Commercial Applications Business Owner – Freight Forwarding

The role owns the business direction and continuous improvement of commercial applications supporting sales, marketing, and customer service in freight forwarding. It connects business priorities with product configuration, process design, technology delivery, and user adoption to improve productivity, customer experience, and data-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a prioritized roadmap for CRM and related commercial applications based on business value and user needs.
• Gather requirements from global and regional stakeholders and translate them into clear features, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with technology teams on configuration, releases, testing, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Establish governance, documentation, data quality standards, and consistent processes across markets.
• Drive training and adoption, monitor application performance, and use feedback and analytics to guide enhancements.
