This global leadership role strengthens sales execution and commercial performance across freight forwarding by turning logistics capabilities into clear customer propositions. It establishes scalable sales tools, solution frameworks, standards, and enablement programmes that help regional and field teams identify opportunities and convert them into sustainable business. The position is based in Dubai, UAE unless otherwise confirmed during recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver global sales enablement strategy, commercial standards, and solution-selling frameworks.
- Translate logistics, visibility, finance, and digital capabilities into customer-focused propositions and sales materials.
- Equip sales teams with playbooks, training, tools, content, and performance guidance.
- Partner with product, operations, technology, and regional commercial leaders to align solutions with customer needs.
- Track adoption and commercial outcomes, using performance data and feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should have extensive commercial leadership experience in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or related B2B services. Demonstrated success in sales enablement, solution selling, global stakeholder management, and translating complex services into compelling value propositions is expected.
