F&B Attendant, Nobu by the Beach – Atlantis The Royal

The Food and Beverage Attendant supports waiters and the wider service team at Nobu by the Beach, helping deliver an efficient, polished guest experience. The position requires a positive attitude, professional appearance and clear understanding of menu items and service procedures. The successful candidate will coordinate closely with the kitchen and floor colleagues, ensure orders are handled safely and on time, and help maintain sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities

• Assist waiters with service tasks and help ensure guests receive food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Learn menu details and communicate with kitchen colleagues about order requirements, special requests and timing.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across service stations, equipment and guest-facing work areas.
• Help prepare the restaurant for service by stocking supplies and organizing assigned stations.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and relay concerns or questions to the appropriate service colleague.
• Support the team during busy periods while following safety, grooming and service procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international luxury hotel, is expected.
• A strong interest in customer service and food and beverage operations is important.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and multitasking skills are required.
• Candidates should be able to manage several tasks while maintaining a professional presentation.
• Attention to sanitation, safe order delivery and guest needs is essential.
