Employee Banking Service Officer

Acquire customers and promote retail banking products through outdoor sales, corporate tie-ups and relationship-building activities. The position focuses on growing customer relationships, meeting sales goals and recommending appropriate products while maintaining service and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote credit cards, personal loans, payroll accounts and other suitable cross-sell products.
• Generate leads through company partnerships, payroll relationships, field sales and referrals.
• Meet assigned targets and business volumes across product lines.
• Understand customer needs and explain relevant banking solutions and product terms accurately.
• Build relationships with individual customers, corporate clients and company decision-makers.
• Arrange meetings, presentations, roadshows and promotional activities; identify opportunities to deepen relationships through appropriate cross-selling.
• Monitor competitors and local market opportunities to develop the customer base.
• Follow Central Bank requirements, customer protection standards and internal policies; avoid mis-selling and escalate risk concerns.
• Coordinate with Credit, CROPS and sales management and follow up on applications and leads.

Requirements and Qualifications

The position requires customer-facing sales ability and the capacity to develop business through direct engagement and corporate relationships. Banking product knowledge and familiarity with regulated sales practices are useful.

Skills and Competencies

Communication, negotiation, relationship management, follow-through and ethical judgement are key. Applicants should be target-oriented, accurate in documentation and committed to matching customers with appropriate products rather than making unsuitable promises.
