Emirati Talent- Marketing Executive, Loyalty is an opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day work of Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of loyalty campaigns, member communications and promotional activity.
• Coordinate briefs, creative assets, calendars and approvals with marketing, design and business stakeholders.
• Monitor member engagement, campaign response and basic performance measures, preparing regular updates.
• Help maintain programme information, customer-facing content and campaign records accurately.
• Identify execution issues and assist with improvements to the customer journey and loyalty communications.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience or grounding in marketing, customer engagement, loyalty programmes or campaign coordination.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, particularly when managing campaigns and multiple approvals.
• Comfort reviewing performance information and working with digital channels or customer data responsibly.
