Job Overview

This position contributes to the customer, commercial or operational goals of Chalhoub Group. The successful candidate will carry out the responsibilities below while working with relevant colleagues and following established policies, standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate Fashion Consultants to achieve sales and service objectives.
• Maintain a visible shop-floor presence and personally model exceptional client engagement.
• Review department KPIs, conversion opportunities, product performance and action plans.
• Ensure collections, stock, visual merchandising and product knowledge remain aligned with brand standards.
• Build client relationships, support team development and communicate operational needs to store leadership.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or department-management position.
• Strong commercial awareness, client service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to analyse performance and turn goals into daily actions.
• Good communication, coaching and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail setting.
